Leveling Up in CrossFit (as an Athlete)

There are levels to things. In the sport of CrossFit, we may not have different colored belts to indicate how good a person is. But there are clear (and not-so-clear) lines showcasing how good you are relative to the field.
In this episode, the crew—including our two CrossFit Games athletes and our one intermediate athlete—discuss how to recognize different levels in CrossFit and how to work on "leveling up" your own game.
