The Blues City CrossFit Show

The crew talks about some facets of competitive CrossFit, more 2023 Games Season happenings, and, frankly, some “lenient” applications of fundamental logic (read: Appeal Processes) by the sport’s governing body in some areas (and not others.)

But first we quickly discuss the college apartment of James and Tobo which unsurprisingly required cleaning before Matt and others came over, has lots of cheap beer in the fridge and lots of duct tape on the floor, plus plenty of beverages (chasers) on the kitchen counter next to something unexpected—an $800 toaster oven.
